Must have skills : Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also contribute to key decisions and ensure the successful performance of the team. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the development and configuration of software systems Ensure the successful performance of the team Contribute to key decisions Professional & Technical Skills: Minimum 5 to 15 years of working experience in EPM EPM experience - at least 5 years Experience in using Cloud specific functions such as groovy, pipeline, predictive planning, prebuild planning modules, EPCM etc. More experience in core development - handling the full circle of a business request ie - maturation, estimation, design, impact analysis, implementation as well as structured testing and reviews Excellent communication skills to explain the issues and understand requirements Ability to work independently Proficient testing own solution Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
