Project Role : Software Development Lead Project Role Description : Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Must have skills : Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also contribute to key decisions and ensure the successful performance of the team. Roles & Responsibilities: Candidate with experience as Techno -Functional consultant Oracle-EPM EPBCS with experience on EPM cloud and On-Premise Hyperion Planning application Should have implementation-support project experience. Should be good in Project Management, preparing and tracking Project plan and participating in Steering Committee meetings Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the development and configuration of software systems Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs Professional & Technical Skills: Experience on the EPBCS, PBCS, Narrative reporting, Financial Reporting Studio Worked with Web forms, task lists, Business Rules and Calculation Scripts, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Reporting, Workspace, and Shared Services Knowledge of Forecast and Budgeting process N Essbase, Tuning of EPBCS application for performance, Loading data and metadata FDM, ODI, MDM, Connection Manager Adhoc Analysis, Forms, Functions, Function Builder, Bi Content, POV Manager, Submit Data, VB Functions Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) Good To Have Skills:Experience with software development methodologies Strong understanding of software development lifecycle Experience in designing and implementing software solutions Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python Familiarity with database management systems Ability to troubleshoot and debug software issues Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) This position is based at our Mumbai office Location flex available A 15 years full-time education is required Candidate should be willing to work in shifts Qualifications 15 years full time education
