As the Director, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, you will be responsible for developing the team and enhancing capability and capacity to deliver various programs within Electromobility. You will oversee a team of engineers divided into different groups specializing in Mechanical, Electrical and Thermal Engineering. Your mission on this job: Based on Electromobility Operating Model and the strategy for the Bangalore R&D Centre, we are transitioning the organization to a competency-based structure. The mission of this role is to establish an organization capable of delivering successful outcomes and performing at a high level in the new setup, where Bangalore becomes an R&D centre leveraging local competence/expertise and local context uniqueness. You will be responsible for developing the team, enhancing capability and capacity to deliver various programs within Electromobility.
