You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the growth and success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the team in implementing best practices for software development. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical challenges. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite. Strong understanding of SAP BTP architecture and development principles. Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications on SAP BTP. Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues. Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform services and integration capabilities. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
