Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and develop software solutions.- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality.- Troubleshoot and debug software applications to resolve issues.- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements.- Assist in training junior team members and sharing knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM).- Strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) functionalities.- Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance integration with other SAP modules.- Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance configuration and customization.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP Plant Maintenance issues. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
