Project Role : Software Development Engineer Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work. Must have skills : Japanese Language Good to have skills : Microsoft 365 Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.- Design, develop, and maintain software applications.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.- Perform unit testing and debugging of software components.- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.- Engage in daily verbal and written communication with Japanese clients and Accenture Japan to collaboratively perform tasks.- Work in a 24x7 environment and execute tasks according to specified procedures and timelines, escalating issues when necessary.- Responsible for the day-to-day management of incidents and service request, including ticket creation, analysis, reporting, and follow-up based on Service Level Agreements (SLA) for response and resolution times.- Handle Service Desk administrative and analyst tasks, such as logging tickets, assigning tickets, changing ticket status, priority, and description, and generating ticket reports. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:N2 Proficiency in Japanese Language and Microsoft 365.- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.- Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java or C++.- Knowledge of database systems and SQL.- Familiarity with software development tools and frameworks.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile development methodologies.- Ability to engage in logical conversations. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Japanese Language and IT industry.- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
