Must have skills : Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Software Development Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work using your expertise in IAM operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain IAM solutions for clients, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IAM-related issues, providing technical guidance and support as needed. Develop and maintain IAM-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM technologies and trends, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. Good To Have Skills:Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Ping Identity, or Azure AD. Strong understanding of security policies and regulations, including compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other industry standards. Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions, including AWS IAM or Azure AD. Solid grasp of IAM-related protocols and technologies, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful IAM solutions.
