Project Role : Software Development Engineer Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Must have skills : SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: Individual contributor as a consultant for SuccessFactors Roll out/AMS project for VW group companies. Good experience in PMGM/Compensation/Benefits configuration, very good understanding of xml. Expertise in configure Goal Plan templates, Performance form templates, 360 templates, Calibration templates and create sessions. Expertise in configuring Continuous Performance Management. Deep knowledge of total rewards management principles and best practices, as well as the ability to apply them in a business context. Solid experience working in HR Compensation programs design, development, administration, compliance, and related applicability. Will be responsible for development, delivery & support in assigned area of work. Will have to coordinate and communicate directly with client/Business users as per the job requirements. Customer support for issue resolution according to SLA. Should delivery on time & high quality development & support services. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java or C++. Knowledge of database concepts and SQL. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules. Recommendation 1:Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Recommendation 2:Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. This position is based at our Pune office.
