Must have skills : Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Good to have skills : NAMinimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements and maintenance tasks, while also focusing on the development of new features to meet client needs. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions, ensuring that the application functions optimally and meets the required standards of quality and performance. Your role will also include participating in team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights on best practices, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Evaluate and implement best practices in software development to improve efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM).- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.- Experience with database management and optimization techniques.- Familiarity with software testing and debugging processes.- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
