Description

Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, development processes, and user guides.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to Git, Jenkins, and automated testing frameworks.
• Understanding of data migration strategies and tools (e.g., Data Loader, ETL).
