Essential Skills

Strong experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Hands-on expertise with RESTful API design and implementation.

Solid understanding and experience in front-end development using JavaScript (Angular, Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3 and related frameworks.

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, Splunk, ELK, and Grafana.

Exposure to RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and knowledge of SQL.

Exposure to message brokers (Kafka).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Thorough knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements, propose solutions, and translate them into technical specifications.

Take end-to-end ownership of applications/modules from requirement gathering to design, development, testing, and delivery.

Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software components that align with project and company standards.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering knowledge-sharing and best practices.

Contribute to the application architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and uptime.

Monitor and resolve production issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs and smooth application performance.

Engage in new technology initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and continuous improvements within the project.

Prepare and deliver demos of deliverables to Product Owners and stakeholders at the end of each sprint.
