Software Developer - PHP

As an individual contributor, you have experience in various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement understanding, translating requirements into modules, module design, writing and reviewing unit tests, debugging, and deploying with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You possess the ability to utilize well-known design patterns for planning implementations or refactoring existing solutions. Your evaluation will be based on your bias towards scalability, security, performance, and extensibility, demonstrated through designing small modules and refactoring classes and methods. You are familiar with Continuous Delivery Integration (CDI) or a robust Model-View-Controller (MVC) life cycle framework, with a deep understanding of the trade-offs involved in each choice. Additionally, you have a good understanding of database schema design principles and thumb rules, with a preference for experience with diverse data sources, especially NoSQL data storage engines. Strong technical communication and documentation skills, including familiarity with Unified Modeling Language (UML) or similar tools, are essential. You have a solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and hands-on experience with either Laravel or Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Qualifications: - B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science from a Tier 1 college is preferred. Experience: - 3-7 years of experience in projects developed/maintained in the LAMP stack with a focus on server-side development. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. - Excellent communication skills in oral, written, and presentation formats. - Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. - Insightful and collaborative approach. - Previous experience in a product-based company is advantageous compared to a software development services company.
