Role Overview: As a Software Developer at IQ-EQ, you will be responsible for leading the design, delivery, and maintenance of full-stack applications. Your role will involve mentoring junior developers to ensure high-quality software delivery and driving continuous improvement across application services. You are expected to proactively identify and resolve issues, maintain, and enhance active applications while developing full-stack solutions using industry best practices for performance, scalability, and security. Additionally, you will provide out-of-hours support for critical issues when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing bespoke applications across the full stack. - Collaborating with system architects to design systems. - Working closely with other developers, database administrators, architects, and business/systems analysts. - Responding to application issues promptly. - Conducting peer reviews of other developers' work. - Striving for continuous improvement through performance benchmarking, automated testing, and automated deployment of application and database projects. - Identifying areas for performance enhancement in the application and SQL database stack. - Keeping abreast of technological developments to continuously develop yourself. Qualifications Required: - Must have a degree-level education, with equivalent professional experience in Software Development also accepted. - Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a software developer role. - Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining various applications. - Technical skills in SQL 2019 and above, .NET 8.0 and above, C#, JavaScript, CSS, and experience with Git preferred. - Proficiency in the English language.
