We are seeking a seasoned Test Automation Architect with deep expertise in Playwright to lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust test automation frameworks. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise-grade web applications across diverse domains, including regulated environments such as Life Sciences. We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Playwright with Typescript. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality web applications, contributing to continuous integration and delivery pipelines in agile environments.

Create and execution automation test using Playwright with Typescript.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, product managers, and DevOps to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.Develop and maintain reusable test components, utilities, and libraries to support efficient and consistent test development.Assist in evaluating and adopting new tools and technologies in test automation, providing feedback based on hands-on experience.Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing scenarios.Follow automation design patterns and coding standards to ensure maintainability, scalability, and reliability of test suites.Support compliance efforts by aligning test automation practices with regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP) in regulated environments.Participate in peer reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously improve automation practices within the team.Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness activities.

Experience in performance testing using JMeter.
Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.Exposure to regulated domains such as Life Sciences or Healthcare.Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps or other cloud-based DevOps platforms

5+ years of overall industry experience, with a strong background in software quality assurance and test automation.
3+ years of experience in automation testing, including framework design, scripting, and strategy development.2+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright, including advanced scripting in TypeScript.Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.Familiarity with test reporting tools (e.g., Allure, ReportPortal) and debugging techniques.Proficient in version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with sprint-based delivery cycles.
