Role Overview: As a Software Developer at Emerson, your primary responsibility will be to generate software designs aligning with marketing, architecture, and human-centered design requirements. You will utilize best practices to develop high-quality software meeting Agile increment standards. Developing Windows Server applications and UI using C# and ASP.NET will be a crucial aspect of your role. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing the team's environment and processes. Active participation in Agile activities like sprint planning, retrospectives, and program increment planning to provide estimates and update the team on progress is expected. Collaborating with the product owner to integrate new features, diagnose software issues, validate, resolve, and write acceptance tests are also key responsibilities.
