Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the existing Labour Construction App.
Implement new features, integrations, or UI/UX improvements based on user and business requirements.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address operational needs in the construction domain.
Ensure app stability with regular updates, bug fixing, and version control.
Provide support for deployment, monitoring, and post-release maintenance in a BTO model.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
Strong knowledge of:

Mobile frameworks (Flutter / React Native / Android / iOS)
Backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java)
Databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB)
Cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Hands-on experience with API development and integration (payments, geolocation, notifications).
Exposure to construction/labour management systems will be an added advantage.

Solid background in working within a BTO (Build-To-Operate) model.

Preferred Attributes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Prior exposure to construction, infrastructure, or field workforce applications is highly desirable.
