Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering: Understand and translate client requirements into technical specifications and features.
Analysis & Planning: Collaborate with IT teams to plan and set accurate specifications for new applications.
Design: Create innovative and scalable prototypes based on requirements.
Development: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code to build complete applications within given timelines.
Testing: Conduct unit, integration, functional, and non-functional testing to ensure application reliability and quality.
Deployment: Deliver fully functional systems to the production environment.
Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications. Reprogram and enhance features as needed.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance and implement improvements.
Team Support & Training: Share knowledge and provide training/support to team members.
Process Compliance: Adhere to organizational development standards and process compliance.
Collaboration & Communication: Proactively communicate status, updates, and potential risks with internal and external stakeholders.
