Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Developer to join our innovative team. As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining web and mobile applications with a strong focus on user interface (UI) design and creativity. You will collaborate with a highly skilled and dynamic group in a global organization, sharing knowledge and embracing co-innovation across borders, cultures, and skillsets.

Job Requirements
0-2 years Proven experience as a Software Developer
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure management.
Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, with an eye for design aesthetics and user experience.
Exposure to Agile development processes.
Strong focus on UI animations, interactivity, and ensuring a delightful user experience.
Excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, product managers) to define, design, and deliver new product features.
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain web and mobile applications using modern technologies.
Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience.
Optimize application performance and improve development efficiency.
Implement deployment mechanisms and ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines.
Work on cloud-based solutions, ensuring secure and scalable deployments.
Debug and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth application performance.

Skills and Education

Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field (B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, or equivalent).

Strong proficiency in MEAN/MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js/Angular, Node.js) development.

Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and deployment mechanisms.

Experience working with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) and cloud deployment.

Proficiency in version control systems like Git.

Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and microservices architecture.

Strong creative and problem-solving skills with the ability to bring innovative ideas to life.

Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and proactively.

Passion for learning new technologies and solving challenging problems.

Experience with mobile-responsive design and cross-browser compatibility is a plus.
