Promote Agile methodologies, leading Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement to ensure smooth development cycles. Innovation & Research: Drive research and development efforts in emerging technologies such as edge computing and IoT for real-time logistics data processing. Evaluate new technologies and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) efforts to assess feasibility and impact on business objectives. Team and Stakeholder Management: Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, data engineers, and architects, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment with technical roadmaps and business goals. Manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, estimation, planning, tracking, testing, and production support. Required Qualifications: Education : B.E./B.Tech/Masters degree from a premier institute in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, or related field). Experience : 12- 16 years in software engineering, with at least 4-8 years in eCommerce, logistics, or supply chain-related SaaS platforms. Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in software development using NodeJS, Go, or Python, Java along with strong expertise in AWS. Proven experience in building scalable, distributed software products and infrastructure. Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, design patterns, and NoSQL databases. At least 4 years of experience managing software projects, including planning, delivery, and tracking. Demonstrated expertise in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, user story writing, and defining product backlogs. Experience leading large IT projects from end-to-end, including estimation, planning, development, testing, and production support. Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in AWS (e.g., Solutions Architect), AI/ML ,Big Data (e.g., Cloudera), or DevOps tools. Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and third-party logistics software integrations. Knowledge of emerging technologies such as IoT, edge computing, and blockchain in logistics. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
