Software Demo Specialist

You will be joining PRAGA Infotech, the Software division of ELCOM FutureTech Priveta Limited, a prominent Technology company based in Valsad, Gujarat since 1995. By leveraging its strong technological partnerships with Germany, ELCOM excels in delivering highly efficient end-to-end solutions for Business Enterprises aiming to quadruple their profits swiftly. As a Software Demo Specialist, you will take on a full-time hybrid role based in Valsad, with the flexibility of working partially from home. Your primary responsibility will involve showcasing software solutions to potential clients, offering technical insights, and addressing client queries. You will actively participate in software presentations, handle technical inquiries, and play a crucial role in assisting the sales team in finalizing deals. Your role will also include tailoring demonstrations to suit individual client requirements and providing valuable feedback to the development team for ongoing enhancements. The ideal candidate for this role would possess experience in Software Development, although it's not mandatory. Proficiency in Software Design, Testing, and Quality Assurance is highly valued. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients. You should demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work setting. A solid background in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred, and familiarity with CRM software would be advantageous. Experience in Business processes and the capability to convert prospects into customers through demos and effective communication are desired qualities for this role.,
