Software Consultant - Testing

Key Responsibilities: - Quality Assurance: You will independently own and execute end-to-end functional and non-functional testing for both new and existing features. This includes creating test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on the requirements. - Platform Configuration and Updates: Your responsibilities will involve configuring the platform for client events and updating it as per change requests. You will also test and review configurations to ensure that Personatech delivers optimal outcomes for our clients. Additionally, you will manage project execution on the Personatech side to meet all deliverables and timelines. - Product Documentation: You will be tasked with developing and updating the suite of documents that Personatech provides to clients to support program execution. - Product Improvement: You are expected to generate ideas for product enhancements or new products based on customer feedback. - Customer Success: As part of your role, you will provide customer support by addressing queries from client teams. This includes debugging customer issues and escalating them to the appropriate Business or Engineering team members when necessary. You may also participate in calls with client teams to track progress, provide program advice, and address inquiries. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of extensive experience in end-to-end testing of Web Applications - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Prior work experience in the Event Industry domain - Experience in providing client support via emails and calls - Positive attitude and a 'get it done' mentality (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.)
