Technical ExperienceStrong working knowledge of .NET, SSIS, SQL, and ERP systems.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in complex environments.Understanding of automation and process optimization techniques.Proven experience in service delivery management.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage across multiple organizational levels.Analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing recurring issues with long-term solutions.Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.Additional InformationRelevant certifications in Project Management, ITIL, or Cloud technologies would be an added advantage.Flexibility to work in client-aligned shifts if required. Qualification 15 years full time education
