About The Role

Project Role :Software Configuration Lead

Project Role Description :Ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. Increase efficiency by managing processes, resources and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet cost, quality, controls and delivery targets. Requires working with individuals and teams from development through implementation across organizations.
Must have skills :Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI)

Summary:As a Software Configuration Lead, you will oversee the product delivery and maintain its integrity throughout the entire product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency, managing processes and resources, and ensuring that all aspects of product delivery align with established cost, quality, and delivery targets. You will engage with individuals and teams from development through implementation, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve organizational goals effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Monitor and evaluate project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Experience with data modeling and report generation using Microsoft Power BI.

Ability to design and implement dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators.

Familiarity with data integration techniques to consolidate information from various sources.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).

This position is based at our Nagpur office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
