Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that all configurations meet the necessary standards and specifications. You will collaborate with various teams to facilitate smooth integration and deployment of software solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Health Insurance Operations. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience with customization of software applications to meet specific business needs. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot configuration issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Health Insurance Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
