About the Role:
We are hiring a Software Associate to join our development team in Lucknow (Work From Office). This role is ideal for recent graduates who possess a basic understanding of Python programming and are looking to kickstart their career in software development. You will work closely with senior developers and team leads to contribute to real-time projects, gain hands-on experience, and grow your technical skills.

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications - Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements - Write clean and efficient code using best practices - Participate in code reviews and provide basic debugging support - Learn and apply software development principles and tools - Document code, processes, and technical specifications

Required Skills: - Basic knowledge of Python and programming fundamentals - Understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) concepts - Logical thinking and problem-solving skills - Good communication and team collaboration - Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Not Mandatory): - Familiarity with HTML/CSS, SQL, or basic APIs - Exposure to Flask, Django, or version control tools like Git - Academic or personal Python projects
