Software Asset Management - Senior Analyst / TL / Specialist

As a Software Asset Manager at ISG, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our Software Asset Management offering and tool capabilities. Your responsibilities will include: - Meeting with prospective clients to explain the benefits and risks of hardware and software asset management. - Supporting IT Asset Management (ITAM) engagements, including maturity assessments, gap analysis, process improvements, tool selection, and implementation. - Preparing deliverables and presentation materials for clients, leading client presentations, and gathering data to support ITAM initiatives. - Identifying performance improvement opportunities for clients in ITAM and related functions like Change Management and Release Management. - Assisting in the development of internal ITAM tools and training materials. - Contributing to the development of intellectual property. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4-6 years of experience in software asset management. - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field; an MBA is preferred. - Understanding of basic ITAM principles from physical, financial, and contractual perspectives. - Knowledge of ITAM technology platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Flexera is preferred. - Effective written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities. - Minimal travel requirement of 0%-10%.
