Job Description

As a Software Architect at NHR Technologies, you will leverage your 8+ years of experience in software architecture & engineering to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade SaaS applications. Your role involves deep expertise in cloud-based architectures, microservices, API-driven development, and multi-tenant SaaS solutions. You will play a crucial role in integrating AI/ML capabilities, ensuring security, performance, and compliance, while guiding the engineering team towards scalable and maintainable solutions. Your responsibilities will include defining and developing the architecture of the SaaS platform with a focus on scalability, high availability, and multi-tenancy. You will lead end-to-end application development, implement event-driven and microservices-based architectures, and ensure robust API design and integration with third-party services. Optimizing database schemas and queries for performance and scalability will be a key aspect of your role. Architecting cloud-based deployments using AWS, Azure, or GCP, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing cloud cost, security, and compliance will also fall under your purview. Collaboration with data science teams to integrate AI/ML models, designing real-time data processing pipelines, and ensuring performance, security, and compliance best practices will be essential parts of your role. Additionally, you will lead engineering discussions, mentor developers, define best practices, and drive technical decisions that align with business goals and product roadmaps. Your technical expertise will include a core technology stack comprising Frontend technologies like React.js, Backend technologies like Node.js, Cloud & DevOps tools such as AWS Lambda and Kubernetes, Event-Driven Systems like Kafka, and Security & Compliance practices including OAuth and JWT. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field, have experience in fast-paced startups or product-based companies, and hold certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes. Preferred experience in multi-tenant SaaS, microservices & APIs, AI/ML in SaaS, and Testing & Quality Assurance will be advantageous for this role.,
