Day-to-day, you work cosey with teams across the business (deveopment, QA, operations), evauate and recommend toos and technoogies, and ead the impementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, and much more. You specificay take care of fostering a cuture of coaboration and efficiency across teams, but aso ensuring the scaabiity, reiabiity, and security of coud-based infrastructures. We ook to you for: Designing and impementing secure and scaabe DevOps architectures and CI/CD pipeines for software projects Coaborating with cross-functiona teams to define, impement, and optimize CI/CD processes Recommending toos and technoogies to enhance automation and improve the software deivery ifecyce Leading the deveopment of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using toos ike Terraform or CoudFormation Ensuring coud infrastructure scaabiity, reiabiity, and security (AWS, Azure, Googe Coud) Providing technica guidance and mentorship on DevOps methodoogies Deveoping and enforcing standards for code quaity, testing, and depoyment Monitoring system performance and troubeshooting depoyment-reated issues Staying current with industry trends in DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices A about you We vaue passion and attitude over experience. Instead, weve isted some that we think wi hep you succeed and grow in this roe: Bacheor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reated fied 10+ years of experience in software deveopment and architecture, with a strong focus on DevOps and CI/CD practices Proficiency in mutipe programming anguages (e.g., Python, Java, Go) and scripting anguages (e.g., Bash, PowerShe) Extensive experience with CI/CD toos (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version contro systems (e.g., Git) Strong knowedge of containerization technoogies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration toos In-depth understanding of coud patforms and services (AWS, Azure, Googe Coud) Soid experience with automation frameworks and configuration management toos (e.g., Ansibe, Chef, Puppet) Exceent anaytica skis and a proactive approach to probem-soving Strong communication and coaboration skis, capabe of engaging with both technica and non-technica stakehoders Certification in DevOps or reevant architecture frameworks (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) is a pus Famiiarity with monitoring and ogging toos (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) Understanding of the raiway domain, particuary in signaing, power suppy, or system engineering, is a bonus Things you enjoy Join us on a ife-ong transformative journey the rai industry is here to stay, so you can grow and deveop new skis and experiences throughout your career.
