Job Description

We seek an enthusiastic and experienced Part-Time Soft Skills Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions that focus on enhancing students' interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and career readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging training modules on topics such as:
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Teamwork & Leadership
Emotional Intelligence
Time Management & Goal Setting
Professional Etiquette & Workplace Readiness
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and interactive activities.
Customize session content based on the age group, academic background, and goals of the learners.
Collaborate with our academic and placement teams to align training outcomes with career pathways.
Provide constructive feedback and individual mentoring as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering soft skills or personality development training.
Strong command of English and excellent facilitation skills.
Graduate degree in any relevant field (Education, Psychology, Communication, etc.)
Comfort with both in-person and online training formats.
Energetic, empathetic, and student-focused mindset.
