Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions that help students and professionals enhance their communication, interpersonal, and professional behavior skills. The trainer will play a key role in improving participants’ confidence, employability, and overall workplace effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interactive classroom and online sessions on:
  • Communication Skills (Verbal & Non-verbal)
  • Presentation & Public Speaking Skills
  • Interview Preparation & Resume Building
  • Teamwork, Leadership, and Conflict Management
  • Time Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Workplace Etiquette
  • Develop, update, and customize training modules, presentations, and learning materials.
  • Assess learners through role plays, group discussions, and presentations.
  • Provide personalized feedback and mentoring to improve learner outcomes.
  • Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training with industry requirements.
  • Plan and organize workshops, mock interviews, and employability enhancement sessions.
  • Stay updated with modern training tools, behavioral trends, and teaching methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Psychology, Education, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in delivering soft skills or communication training (corporate or academic setting).
  • Preferred: Certification in Soft Skills, Behavioral Training, or Communication Skills from a recognized institute
