Additionally, maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients and ensuring high training satisfaction will be key to your success in this position. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in the corporate or edtech sector. Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities, will be essential for delivering impactful training sessions. A willingness to travel frequently for client training sessions and certifications in training methodologies (e.g., NLP, Dale Carnegie, Train the Trainer) will be advantageous.
