Job Summary:

Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging soft skills training sessions and workshops for B.Tech students.
  
• Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and customize training content accordingly.
  
• Mentor and coach students on communication skills, presentation skills, time management, teamwork, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
  
• Collaborate with academic departments to integrate soft skills modules into the curriculum.
  
• Organize group activities, role-plays, and simulations to facilitate experiential learning.
  
• Monitor and report on student progress and training effectiveness.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in soft skills training.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in English, Communication, Psychology, HR, or related field (Masters preferred).
  
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in an academic or corporate training environment.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  
• Knowledge of contemporary training methodologies and tools.
  
• Ability to handle group dynamics and foster a positive learning environment.
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  
• Confidence in public speaking and facilitating workshops.
  
• Adaptability and creativity in training delivery.
  
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
  
• Proficiency with MS Office and virtual training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
