Role & responsibilities Developing and delivering training programs - This includes identifying training needs, designing engaging training modules, and conducting sessions. Assessing and improving skills - Need to evaluate employee performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized training plans. Facilitating workshops and presentations: They might lead workshops on specific topics, deliver presentations on soft skills, or engage in mentoring and coaching. Creating engaging and interactive learning experiences: This involves using various teaching methods, incorporating real-world examples, and utilizing interactive tools. Evaluating training effectiveness: Track and analyze the impact of their programs, providing feedback and making adjustments as needed. Communicating effectively: They need strong communication skills to interact with trainees, manage expectations, and provide feedback.
