We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to develop and deliver high-impact training sessions focused on essential interpersonal and professional development skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing employees' communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities through interactive and experiential learning methods. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience as a soft skills trainer, corporate trainer, or similar role. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities. Ability to engage a diverse audience and adapt training style accordingly.
