Soft Skill Trainer

As a Soft Skills Trainer at Head Held High Foundation, you will have the opportunity to conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on various soft skills like communication, leadership, and teamwork. Tailoring customized training programs to meet the diverse needs of our participants is a crucial aspect of this role. You will be utilizing Google Suite tools to enhance training delivery and foster collaboration among participants. Your responsibility will also include evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact. Providing ongoing support and guidance to participants to help them apply newly acquired skills in real-world situations will be an essential part of your role. Collaboration with the training team to continuously enhance training methodologies and materials is encouraged.
