Responding to resident queries and grievances professionally. Coordinating with vendors, maintenance staff, and management committee. Managing day-to-day society operations. Typing documents and maintaining digital files. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Good computer typing skills (English/Hindi). Strong letter drafting and communication abilities. Ability to handle residents and vendors with professionalism. Must own a 2-wheeler for local travel. Prior experience in society or administrative roles is a plus.
