Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and supervise comprehensive social media marketing strategies and campaigns across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
Plan, create, and manage both organic and paid social media campaigns for brand-building, lead generation, and community engagement.
Generate, curate, and oversee the production of high-quality content (posts, videos, creatives, stories, reels) that align with the brands tone and objectives.
Must be willing to work as an independent contributor, while being part of the larger marketing team too!
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to adjust strategies and maintain brand relevance.
Analyze campaign performance using analytical tools; generate actionable reports to demonstrate ROI and advise on optimizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, pre-sales) to support broader business goals through digital storytelling and targeted campaigns.
Manage the organization’s online reputation, proactively engage with followers, and resolve issues or queries promptly.
Stay updated on industry innovations, platform changes, and best practices in social media marketing.
The ideal candidate will have the confidence and maturity to work with business leaders and help them with their social media missions.
Desired Experience & Skills
Minimum 7 years’ experience in social media marketing and management, including campaign planning and execution for B2B and/or B2C organizations.
Demonstrated expertise in full-funnel social media campaigns, from concept to ROI analysis.
Deep familiarity with major platforms’ paid advertising tools, community building, and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
Strong leadership skills for guiding teams and external partners.
Excellent content creation, communication, and copywriting skills.
Data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Prior experience working with brands/agencies in Pune is an advantage.
