Job Responsibilities: Prepare and operate dialysis machines according to prescribed protocols. Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis procedures for any adverse reactions. Perform machine setup, calibration, disinfection, and maintenance. Check vital signs and record patient data accurately. Prepare dialyzer and related equipment; ensure cleanliness and sterility. Assist in patient positioning, comfort, and safety during treatment. Maintain inventory of dialysis supplies and coordinate with stores/inventory team. Follow infection control protocols and biomedical waste disposal procedures. Report any technical or medical issues to the supervising nurse or nephrologist immediately. Educate patients on post-treatment care and dietary restrictions when required. Requirements Skills Required: Diploma or certification in Dialysis Technology (recognized program). Good knowledge of dialysis equipment and procedures. Attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols precisely. Empathy and patience in dealing with chronically ill patients. Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting. Ability to work in shifts and manage emergencies calmly. ","
