Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Work Supervisor located in Tsundupalle. The Social Work Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing social work activities, including case management, medical social work, and mental health services. Daily tasks will include supervising social work staff, conducting case reviews, providing guidance on complex cases, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The supervisor will also engage with clients to assess their needs and develop tailored support plans.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Social Work and Medical Social Work
• Strong Supervisory Skills
• Expertise in Case Management
• Knowledge and experience in Mental Health services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
• Relevant certification or licensure in social work is preferred
