Social Work Supervisor

As a Social Work Supervisor at Achievers Club, your role will involve overseeing and managing various social work activities in Tsundupalle. You will be responsible for supervising social work staff, conducting case reviews, providing guidance on complex cases, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage social work activities, including case management, medical social work, and mental health services - Supervise social work staff and provide guidance on complex cases - Conduct case reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards - Engage with clients to assess their needs and develop tailored support plans Qualifications: - Proficiency in Social Work and Medical Social Work - Strong supervisory skills - Expertise in Case Management - Knowledge and experience in Mental Health services - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Masters degree in Social Work or a related field - Relevant certification or licensure in social work is preferred,
