Social Work Coordinator

The Social Work Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, setting up, and managing new centers for social initiatives, building strong connections with communities, and ensuring smooth execution of NGO projects on the ground. This role is crucial for expanding our social impact and reaching communities in need.

Key Responsibilities

• Center Identification & Setup
• Identify suitable locations for opening social work centers.
• Coordinate with community leaders, local authorities, and landlords to establish centers.
• Ensure centers meet basic requirements (safety, accessibility, and infrastructure).
• Community Engagement & Mobilization
• Build strong relationships with local communities, schools, and government bodies.
• Mobilize people for NGO programs, events, and awareness campaigns.
• Act as a bridge between the community and the NGO.
• Program Support
• Assist in planning and execution of social welfare activities at the centers.
• Support training, awareness drives, and other social impact initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the progress of ongoing projects.
• Monitoring & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of centers, activities, and beneficiaries.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and photographs to NGO management.
• Highlight challenges and suggest solutions for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate / 12th pass with relevant field or NGO experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
