Job Description

As a skilled Social Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Social Studies as per the CBSE syllabus. Your role will involve covering subjects such as History, Geography, Civics, and Economics to help students gain an understanding of society, culture, and the world around them. It will be essential for you to make learning interesting and meaningful for the students. Key Responsibilities: - Teach Social Studies lessons in adherence to the CBSE syllabus - Prepare engaging lesson plans, activities, and teaching materials - Conduct regular tests to assess student progress and maintain accurate records - Utilize maps, charts, stories, and real-life examples to explain concepts effectively - Organize projects, debates, quizzes, and group discussions to enhance learning - Encourage students to develop awareness about history, environment, and civic duties - Communicate with parents regarding student performance as necessary - Participate actively in school meetings, training programs, and events Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field - Proficiency in teaching Social Studies as per the CBSE curriculum - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to engage students and make learning enjoyable - Prior experience in teaching social subjects would be advantageous Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
