About the Role

We’re looking for the right candidate who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys producing clean, high-quality work without the rush of constant reinvention.

In this role, you’ll manage the full video production cycle — from scripting to delivery — for corporate and B2B clients. You’ll oversee explainer videos, interviews, product demos, event summaries, and other straightforward but high-standard projects.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, produce, and deliver high-quality video content for B2B clients — including corporate explainers, interviews, case studies, and short digital assets.
• Oversee all stages of production: scripting, sourcing footage, editing, and delivery.
• Collaborate with account managers and creative strategists to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Deliver post-production workflows including editing, color grading, subtitling, and sound mixing.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality control across multiple clients.
• Manage project timelines effectively.
• Ensure every video is technically sound, visually polished, and professional in tone.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in video production — ideally in an agency or B2B marketing environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, AI-gen and related tools.
• Proven ability to handle multiple client projects in parallel.
• Strong understanding of corporate storytelling and visual structure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• A calm, process-driven mindset — someone who prefers steady, well-managed work.
