Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Strategist who can manage our social media team, oversee end-to-end campaign execution, and drive brand visibility across platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in strategy building, performance analysis, paid campaigns, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and mentor the social media team to achieve targets and ensure quality output
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
Manage brand presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and engagement activities
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, SEO, Content, Clients) for timely deliverables
Monitor trends, audience insights, and competitor activities
Track and report performance analytics with actionable recommendations
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta/Instagram/LinkedIn Ads)
Ensure timely delivery and quality for all client social media deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
04+ years of relevant Social Media Management experience.
Strong understanding of social media tools, analytics & trends
Ability to create and manage ad strategies (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn Ads) Strong project management, decision-making, and communication skills Creative mindset and ability to think strategically
