Social Media Strategist

As our social media strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to increase our brand awareness and drive meaningful audience engagement. You will manage our presence across YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn, creating platform-specific approaches that align with our overall marketing objectives. Your data-driven strategies will help us connect with our target audiences through compelling content that showcases both our technical expertise and user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each platform (YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn) to achieve specific marketing targets.
• Create platform-specific content strategies that effectively balance technical and non-technical content to engage diverse audience segments.
• Develop quarterly and annual social media plans aligned with company objectives and industry trends.
• Identify and segment target audiences across platforms to create personalized content approaches.
• Create, manage, and publish original, high-quality content across all social media platforms.
• Design language-specific content for English, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and brand alignment.
• Implementing data-driven publishing strategies to engage diverse audiences.
• Develop good publishing schedules optimized for peak engagement times across time zones and languages.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting content formats to maximize engagement on each platform.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and the sales team to ensure content is both informative and visually appealing.
• Monitor analytics and metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and individual posts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators, including engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversion metrics.
• Analyze audience behavior and content performance to continuously refine social media strategies.
• Respond to audience comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.
• Research and implement current social media trends and platform updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or Manager.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media campaigns with measurable results.
• Experience managing social media for tech-focused products and services preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of major social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e. g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media optimization.
• Experience with content creation tools, including basic graphic design, photo editing, and video production software.
