Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to build and manage our brand’s online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should understand audiences, trends, and digital storytelling to generate leads, build engagement, and boost brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with project launches, milestones, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams for engaging creatives, reels, and videos.
• Manage daily posting, audience interaction, and response to inquiries/comments.
• Analyze insights and performance metrics to optimize strategy (reach, engagement, lead generation).
• Run paid campaigns (boosted posts/ads) for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Stay updated with trends, hashtags, competitor pages, and platform algorithm updates.
• Work closely with sales and digital teams to align social goals with business objectives.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, etc.).
• Ability to write creative captions and conceptualize campaigns.
• Experience in marketing and lead-driven campaigns (preferred).
• Knowledge of basic design/video tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (a plus).
• Analytical thinking, creativity, and campaign planning skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or strategy.
• Proven track record of running successful social media campaigns with measurable ROI.
