Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid campaigns is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Video editing or graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools).
Strong understanding of influencer and brand collaboration strategies.
Experience in B2B or B2C digital campaigns.
