Let s talk about the role We are looking for a skilled and proactive Social Media Specialist to support the execution of ResMed s regional social media strategies and maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence across platforms. You will manage real-time engagement, execute social media content calendars, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a strong digital footprint. The ideal candidate will be we'll-versed in current social media trends, platforms, and tools with a proven ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Write, develop, schedule, and post social media content aligned with the social strategist s plan Utilize social media platforms to schedule, monitor, and analyze content, ensuring brand messaging consistency Oversee real-time community engagement, responding to customer inquiries, comments, and issues in a timely and professional manner Execute regional social media calendars, ensuring alignment with broader brand strategy and timely delivery across all platforms Collaborate with content, technical, and online marketing teams to support a rich and immersive online presence Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices, integrating new ideas into regional and global strategies Let s talk about you Minimum of 4 years of experience in a social media, digital marketing, or related role Proven experience managing social media platforms and executing content strategies Experience in production coordination or related functions is a plus Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Prior experience working in a regional or global social media capacity Proficiency with major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (eg, Sprinklr)
