About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist (Meta Ads) to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook & Instagram. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in lead generation, e-commerce growth, and ROI-focused ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation & sales.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies to maximize performance.
• Develop A/B testing strategies for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
• Monitor campaign performance & provide regular reports on KPIs, ROAS, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the creative & content team to get engaging ad creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, policies & best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads campaign management
• Proven track record of running lead generation & e-commerce campaigns
• Strong analytical & reporting skills (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
• Knowledge of funnel creation, retargeting & conversion optimization
• Experience in working with a TRAVEL COMPANY (must have)
• Experience in managing international projects & campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns & budgets efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: INR 40,000.00 - 60,000 per month
