Role & responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage Saarals social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & WhatsApp Plan and execute monthly content calendars, reels, influencer collaborations, and ad campaigns Collaborate with the marketing and design team for creative assets, messaging, and product launches Monitor and report performance metrics (engagement, growth, conversions) using tools like Meta Suite and Google Analytics Respond to DMs, comments, and manage community engagement professionally Identify and leverage trends, memes, and health-related awareness days to boost visibility Work with e-commerce and sales teams to align social promotions with campaigns Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers to create high-quality content Preferred candidate profile 3-7 years of proven experience in social media marketing (preferably in FMCG/health/consumer brands) Strong understanding of Instagram reels, influencer marketing, content marketing & ad targeting Excellent written and visual communication skills Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing tools Creative thinker with a keen sense of aesthetics and storytelling Up-to-date with social media trends, hashtags, and algorithms Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
